I'm Derek, a freelance photographer located in the Staunton, VA area.
Nearly 30 years ago I was gifted my first camera; a very basic Fuji point-and-shoot that opened up a new world for me. With varying upgrades over the years and plenty of practice, I began shooting freelance in 2021. Specializing in Automotive Photography came naturally, as my obsession with cars predates that first camera.

Rates
-Base Photography Rate: $240/hr.
(Standard post-processing time is now included in the base rate)
• Bring-a-Trailer style shoots start at $350 •

• A basic BaT shoot includes ~150 edited photos, a basic walkaround video, and generally take about 90 minutes •
Anything additional is based on the base hourly rate.

• Any Videography rates are case-by-case; contact me. •
• Travel rate:
If using 1hr+ of services, the first 30 minutes are included, then billed at $50/hr. •
-Less than 1hr services, travel is flat-rate $50/hr.

Multiple locations, special requests, extenuating circumstances, additional post-processing requests and lodging are additional.
